Auckland

Captain’s log, supplementary.

I wanted to add a couple of snapshots from Auckland, even though I have been back in Hamburg for a couple of days now. There were almost too many for a post, but I will post a selection. At the end of my trip, I stayed in Auckland for four days. It is a great city to be! Not only was the weather sunny and bright (almost) and I had a week of summer! I loved the city. What a wonderful finish to a spectacular holiday in New Zealand. I loved every second of it and I miss it tremendously.

The city is buzzing, has beautiful spots and just a wonderful feeling to it. I spent most of my time wandering around the city centre, the viaduct harbour, Auckland Domain and Parnell. I also took a trip to Devonport which was really beautiful. There are a vast selection of cafés and restaurants, pubs and you’ll hardly get tired with the variety the city offers.

Well, all in all I sincerely hope to come back soon.
