Driving up into the clouds, the Highlands greated me with misty weather and some rain, parts of it were expected. I remembered the spots I stopped for a quick snapshot from three years ago. However, I also remember it being drier last time… the views were still stunning and my snapshots are not doing the much justice, but they might give you an idea…
There was no connection to a WiFi signal here yet, thus I can only upload images in small file sizes via the 4G. But you’ll get the idea.
I have arrived at the campsite of Caolasnacon to spend the night. As it was still drizzling, I decided to cozy up in the camper and have a relaxing afternoon with a cup of tea reading my book. I’m on holidays after all… The spot is beautiful and right now, I’m deciding whether to get out for a short stroll a least.
Update: The air is still highly humid and misty, the warmth and dryness of my camper is currently more appealing…
