Today I attempted my first 100 km bike ride. It was a fresh, but sunny morning when I set off at 7.40. I had my doubts when getting up in the morning as I didn\u2019t feel the best, but decided to start off anyway. After the first 20 km I had a very good feeling that I would definitely finish. Just a question of in what time. I had planned the trip and wanted to stay under five hours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

But I made it. Not too bad in the end. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a short lunch at my favourite Vietnamese restaurant, I am now on the train back to Kiel. There is not enough energy left to go back on the bike. But that was planned. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
